Dear Diary
I don’t always listen to my body, and sometimes it forces my hand. Which is why I ended up asleep on the couch for the entirety of the night. Becoming a morning person has meant shedding my inner night owl. I can barely keep my eyes open past nine o’clock most days, but I like it. Yesterday was exhausting because I finally incorporated fitness back into my schedule, which is long overdue. But running for the afternoon took away any energy I had left after my work day was finished. My hope is that in the long run, it starts making me more useful and less tired during the day. I’m also trying to rid myself of too much caffeine. I’ll have a longer post on healthy habits later.
